We recognize and take seriously our professional obligation to keep information about current and former clients confidential and secure. We do have a document destruction policy and return original photographs and other evidence at the close of the case to clients who request them. Our attorneys have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality.

In the course of providing legal services to you, Abrams Landau may collect various types of nonpublic personal information directly from you and, with your authorization, from third parties such as doctors, hospitals, therapists, accountants, insurance agents, the Social Security Administration, State Workers Compensation Commissions, courts, health and disability insurance plans, banking institutions, and other advisors. We do not disclose any non-public personal information outside the firm, except as authorized or requested by you, or as required by law. Abrams Landau maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.
